Gun Rights in Chicago still under Attack

A very interesting interview about the current state of Gun Rights in Chicago following the recent Supreme Court Case.  The is the McDonald v. Chicago case, where Chicago residents’ rights were violated by over-restrictive laws on gun ownership.

Jim Hanson is a retired Special Operations Master Sergeant who discusses actions by the Second Amendment Foundation to ensure the gun rights of American citizens.

This is a good interview about where the future is headed with regards to upcoming court cases regarding gun control. Many questions are raised surrounded the permitting process, whether training should be required, and Jim makes a good point about the rights of property owners to determine their own policy regarding firearms.
